New Path History
New Path Recovery TMB, LLC. Was founded in 1999, by Thomas Mark Bradley.
After many efforts and battles trying to stay clean he finally succeeded after graduating from Good Friends, Inc. (A halfway house for recovering adult males) in Morrisville, Pa... Working the 12 steps in his life through Narcotics Anonymous, Tom had an idea how to help other men in recovery. Tom bought his first house, which he lived in until it was fixed up, furnished, and ready for clients to live in. He did this three more times and figured out a process of how to manage and run the houses efficiently for this to work until he got on his own two feet.
Tom helped many of the clients by employing them in his painting business, giving them jobs to sustain the houses such as landscaping, plumbing, interior work, running errands, and odd jobs etc. Tom was a very generous man and was an inspiration to many by his achievements and success in life.
Today there are ten houses, (including both recovery and sober houses) owned and
operated by New Path Recovery, over a hundred clients, and a very good success rate of
helping hundreds of men over the years start a new life. New Path is established with jails, institutions, hospitals, and assistance agencies all over the Tri-state area.
Upon Tom’s death in 2007, after a short battle with lung cancer, his legacy lives on through Mrs. Kimberly Barnes, his “one and only,? daughter, now owner. His best friend, General Manager, and part owner, Gary Bradshaw, who to this day still operates, runs the houses, and oversees the clients since 2003.
This website is dedicated in the memory of Thomas (Dad, Tommy) Mark Bradley by many people who love him and want to carry on his mission. One day at a time.
